My HIGH QUALITY image wil not upload onto wetpaint

It won't upload because the image has too many Mega Pixels
I was wondering WHY? and if you could fix it that would be great!!!!!!!!!! Do you find this valuable?

try and make it smaller. Do you find this valuable?
