Getting to a Pit Stop or a Clue Box

Does this incur to Kelly & Christy on Leg 4 when they were in NEw Zealand? There's been so much arguement about how they walked to the top of the hill instead of driving...People argue why they didn't receive a time penalty like Mark and Bill?? Do you find this valuable?

I don't see why it would matter in this case since it was obvious that Kelly and Christy lost time by walking up the hill rather than driving. I would say they would get a penalty only if it advanced them forward or gave an unfair advantage. Do you find this valuable?

Thats what I thought as wel..since both Andrew and Dan & Toni and Dallas managed to pass them..it looked like they took a long time to get up there...Thank you for your expert advice akjakie Do you find this valuable?

No problem. Just saying what I beleive. And yes teams did pass them going up and also when they had to go back down to their car. So it cost them quite a bit of extra time. Do you find this valuable?

if they lost time,then no penalty,if gain time like heather/eve thn penalty Do you find this valuable?

Okay, since you guys are at the topic of this, I'd like to ask something

Rmb when Andrew/Dan took a cab to the Pit Stop on Leg 8 rather than walking?
Why didn't they get a penalty but instead, Phil asked them to go back and retrace their steps back
On Season 3 and 4, Heather/Eve and Reichen/Chip took a mode of transportation to the Pit Stop that was not instructed, and they got a penalty.
This is bizarre Do you find this valuable?

hmmm maybe becuz be4 the pitstop is detour,is like Dustin/kandice leg 4 of All stars
case Do you find this valuable?

Hmm, makes sense

It's very confusing...maybe they figure out which one would receive the most penalty..either going back and doing it right or having that time penalty...
or

Well they only give them time penalties if it helps them go forward in the game but walking just put them behind lol Do you find this valuable?
