At the start of each episode chefs will have to participate in the first challenge of the week entitled as a
"Quickfire Challenge" each week in this challenge I will pick what dish you must create or what ingredients you
must use etc. If you win the Quickfire challenge you will win immunity or when it comes down to the final 8 a reward
for the Elimination challenge.
In the elimination challenge you chefs must prepare a dish following the requirements much like the quickfire
challenge and this dish will determine who stays and which chef goes.
After the elimination challenge chefs will go to the Judge's Table where I will reveal which chef did the best
and won a reward that week and the other chefs in the top 3 for that week and which chefs are in the bottom 3
and who is eliminated.
JUDGING
I will judge all dishes on many different things these are;
1) Creativity/Originality - how creative your dish is compared to others
2) Presentation - how good your dish looks
3) Description - how well you describe what your dish is
4) Taste - as I can not taste the dish I will mark it on how good it looks as a dish

Winter enneiteml's Dish I personally live in a country where winter is a big part of the year. When we think about winter, we also often think about Christmas and the joys of a white Christmas. And what's the best dessert you can think about in winter? Yes, it is Yule Log! I have decided to put maple syrup at the bottom, right from my place, Quebec, where the syrup is the best in the world. Then I put different layers of "logs", adding sugar, fresh fruits, icing, jam, chocolate, more syrup. Finally, I slowly made the lines to make it more real and added some Christmas decoration to be in the mood. It maybe is more simple, but oh so good! Spring Hamza's Dish For the very first time on top chef. Presenting:- CROCODILE meat. This is a very different and unique dish which is made out of crocodile meat. Everyone would definitely want to try it out. The meat is nicely cooked and fried. It is then added with all the spices and flavors to make it even more delicious. It is served with carrot, tomato, cucumber, spinach and white sauce. Also for it to taste a little tangy, tamarind sauce is also served with it. This is a very rare and different dish. Note 2 - GONZALO originally was in the btm3 but quit after the elimination challenge
Note 3 - hanlam84 was originally eliminated but as GONZALO quit she was saved from elimination
Note 4 - During the Elimination challenge totiezz decided he wanted to leave and stormed out of the kitchen never to return
Note 5 - There was no elimination in episode 3
Note 6 - From episode 9 onwards you will not win immunity if you win the quick fire.

What does everyone think of one of the top competitors being eliminated because I thought that you had a good chance of winning but it shows how one dish could ruin you!!!!
