The Inferno: Wiki Users

Hey everyone! Welcome to my very first tournament. It's based off of the Real World/Road Rules Inferno Challenges, but with a few changes and Amazing Race twists thrown in.

The Rules:

Each team nominates one racer from the opposite team to go into the Inferno.
The team that scores the highest average amount of points the fastest in the challenge will win.
The team that wins the challenge has the option of:
a) sending another racer from the opposite team into that episode's Inferno OR
b) sending two racers on the opposite team into the next Inferno
The person who scores the most points on each team the fastest will win the Life Shield.
If the player voted into the Inferno wins the Life Shield, he or she will be able to save themselves
and choose a racer of the same gender on their team to take their place in the Inferno.
If the winning team chooses to send another player into that episode's Inferno,
they may not choose to send the player who won the Life Shield.
The Inferno takes place after the challenge.

The Inferno Rules:

The racers voted into the Inferno will duke it out in a battle for survival.
The first person to send me all the correct answers will return to the game.
The other user's racer will be eliminated.
If neither player answers all the questions correctly, then the one with the most correct answers will win.
If more than two racers are in the Inferno at one time, only the racer of the last player
to answer the questions correctly will be eliminated.
You will automatically be eliminated if you don't answer any of the Inferno questions.

Marked For Elimination

If you don't answer an episode's challenge, you will be Marked For Elimination on the next episode.
This means that if you don't answer the next episode's questions,
you will receive 0 points for your team and your male or female racer will automatically go into the Inferno.
The second time you don't answer, you will get 0 points and will be MFE on the following episode.

The Inferno Finale Results (page: 1 2)

It's finally time to reveal the results of The Inferno Wiki Users!!!! (sorry it took so long)

first a quick recap:
24 Racers represented by 12 wiki users set off in an intense competition that pushed them to their physical and mental limits. it also tested their ability to work together as a team. along the way, 18 racers were eliminated and now only 6 remained to compete in the final episode!

Peter (hanlam84) was nominated into the Inferno in all 4 male nominations and was responsible for eliminating most of the male competitors as he survived the Inferno each time!

Zach & Julia (hamzabarafwala) became a huge threat as the competiton went on. each won numerous Life Shields. both were sent into the Inferno one time each and they survived to be in the final!

Nick & Brooke (KVR) two racers represented by one wiki user but both had very different paths to the finale. Nick flew under the radar for most of the tournament until the final male Inferno episode where he finally made a huge move by winning the Fast Forward and advancing to the final. Brooke was nominated into the Inferno on all 4 female nominations. she won the Life Shield twice, which saved herself and won in the Inferno the other two times!

Charla (TAR_Survivor) followed a similar path as Brooke as she was nominated into the Inferno 3 times. She won a Life Shield once which saved her from elimination and won in the Inferno twice to make it to the finale!

tonight, one male and one female racer will be crowned the winners of The Inferno!!
