RACE NOTES
 LEG 1RECAP: -Found their license plate and departed the starting line in first place. -Were on the first flight to Tokyo, Japan. -Missed the first shuttle bus in Tokyo, and fell behind. - Maria preformed the RoadBlock. - Maria got the wasabi in 5th place, but didn't finish eating it in 2 minutes. -The next turn Maria got the wasabi again, and finished it. -Departed the RoadBlock in 5th place. -While taking their group to the pitstop, they lost 2 members and fell to last place. -Arrived at the pitstop in last place but it was a non-elimination leg! -They incurred a 2 hour time penalty, and found out they needed to complete a Speed Bump in the next leg of the race. |  LEG 2RECAP: -Managed to get on the same flight to Vietnam with all the other teams. -Got tickets on the first bus to Cai Be -For their Speed Bump they had to serve and prepare soup to the dockmaster's liking. -Quickly finished their Speed Bump and got on the boat to the Fruit Farm. -Arrived at the Fruit Farm in last place, but caught up to some of the other teams. -Arrived at the RoadBlock in last place. -Tiffany preformed the RoadBlock. -Finished the RoadBlock quickly and passed several teams. -Arrived at the pitstop in 7th place! |
 LEG 3RECAP: -Started the leg in 7th place. -Arrived at the theater in 5th place. -Arrived at the post office in 6th place. -Chose the "Child's Play" Detour. -Chose the dog statue, for the Detour, -During the Detour, one of the wheels on their dolley broke. -Finished the Detour in 6th place. -Arrived at Dien Cor 008 in 6th place. -Tiffany preformed the RoadBlock. -Finished the RoadBlock in 6th place. -Arrived at the pitstop in 6th Place! |  LEG 4RECAP: -Started the leg in 6th Place. -Arrived at the airport in 6th place. -Were on the same flight to Cambodia as all the other teams. -Left the Cambodia airport in 7th place. -Arrived at the Foreign Correspondents Club in 8th place. -Arrived at Hotel Royal in 6th place. -Chose the "Wrap" Detour. -There taxi got lost on the way to the Detour causing them to fall further behind. -Arrived at the Detour in last place. -Finished the Detour in 8th place. -Arrived at the RoadBlock in 8th place. -Maria preformed the RoadBlock. -Finished the RoadBlock in last place. -Arrived at the pitstop in last place, but due to a team losing their travel documents, they were checked in 8th place and are still in the race!!!! |
 LEG 5RECAP: -Started the Leg in last place. -Were on the same flight to Dubai as every other team. -Deprated the Dubai airport in 2nd place. -Arrived at Burj Dubai in 1st and were 1st in Group 1 to go up to the top. -Arrived at the Dubai Dessert Conservation Reserve in 1st place with Dan & Sam. -Arrived at the RoadBlock in 2nd place. -Tiffany performed the RoadBlock. -Was helped by Brian -Finished the RoadBlock in 4th place. -Leaving the RoadBlock, the radiator on the car broke. -Got a replacement car, and continued with the race. -Arrived at Ski Dubai in 3rd place. -Chose the "Find a Snowman" Detour. -Gave up looking, and decided to "Build a Snowman" instead. -Finished the Detour in 5th place. -On the way to the pitstop, they took a wrong turn, allowing Dan & Sam to pass them. -Arrived at the pitstop in 6th place |  LEG 6 RECAP: -Started the leg in 6th Place. -There alliance with Dan & Sam is still going on. -Arrived at the RoadBlock in 6th Place. -Tiffany performed the Roadblock -Managed to figure out the code tot he briefcase before Flight Time & Big Easy, allowing Maria & Tiffany to pass them. -Completed the RoadBlock in 5th Place. -Arrived at the station in 5th Place. -Chose the "Gold" Detour. -Arrived at the Detour in 5th place, and caught up with Dan & Sam, -Maria knew how to do the Detour so she borrowed Dan& Sam's calculator, and helped them finish the Detour. -Completed the Detour in 3rd Place. -Passed Dan & Sam on the way to the Waterslide. -Arrived at the Waterslide in 2nd place. -Ran to the pitstop and arrived in 2nd Place! There highest finish so far! |
![[Untitled]](http://image.wetpaint.com/image/1/czMpk0Li55eBV6rIj3kIkw32289/GW296H229 "[Untitled]") LEG 7RECAP: -Started the leg in 2nd Place, one minute ahead of Dan & Sam. -Arrived at the airport in 3rd Place. -Were on the same flight as all the other teams. -Left the Netherlands airport in 4th place. -Arrived at the statue on the bridge in 5th place. -Arrived at Martinitoren in 5th place. -Tiffany preformed the RoadBlock. -Finished the RoadBlock in 4th Place. -Arrived at Vierhuizen De Marne in -Chose the "Farmer's Dance" Detour. -Both Maria & Tiffany struggled to hit the High Striker. -After 30 attempts they switched to the "Farmer's Game" Detour. -The wind made it harder, and they struggled so they switched back to "Farmer's Dance" -Struggled hitting the High Striker again. -Got close several time, but after 71 attempts, they switched to "Farmer's Game" again. -The wind got a lot stronger and it became a lot harder to complete the task. -Phil met them at the Detour and told them that they needed to quit the race for not finishing the task. -They were sadly eliminated in 6th place. | |

Tiffany: Yodel-Eh, Yodel-Eh, Yodel-Eh-Ee-Ooo Maria: *while laughing* Stop it, it's not funny! Maria: I can't even get mine up! Tiffany: We hit away at this damn dinger, like no tomorrow. Tiffany: Looking good in your undies. Maria: This is not regular freaken' golf. Maria: This is not golf! We don't golf with wooden sticks that look like shoes. Tiffany: Let's go try and hit the stupid thing. Tiffany: We're going to go back and try and hit the dingy thing and do the dance. Tiffany: Let's just hug it out for a minute. Tiffany: We were back at the golf course, weaker then we were before, and even more freezing then we were before. Maria: I can do this I know I can, I can feel it. Tiffany: I don't feel like my arms are working anymore. Maria: I wouldn't of even made it this far, if it weren't for you. Tiffany: We don't want to give up on the race, but we don't foresee us finishing this challenge because of the weather. Parting Words Maria: We know in our hearts that we've really really given not just this challenge, but every challenge our all, and that's all we can do. Maria: Tiffany's been my hero this entire race, and I see her as invincible. But I have to remember that at the end of the day we can only do so much. |
