Team Bio: Kim and Leslie met when they became roommates four years ago. Since then, these single teachers have traveled together many times. For The Amazing Race, they'll make a good Team because Leslie is left-brained and Kim is right-brained, and they share a motto: "work hard, play harder." |
RACE NOTES
 LEG 1RECAP: -Took a taxi to the airport and got tickets on the second flight -Couldn't overtake the teams from the first flight and ended up on the third charter plane. -Chose to have a driver drive them and arrived at Victoria Falls in 7th place. -Continued racing strong and arrived at the detour in 6th place. -Chose the Air detour. -Completed the detour in 6th place. -Had no trouble finding the pit stop and checked in 6th place. |  LEG 2RECAP: -Started the leg in 6th place. -Along with all the other teams they had troubles locating the Songwe Museum. -However everyone else made the same mistake and they arrived their in 6th place. -Chose the Near detour. -Had trouble navigating to Mukini Village to complete the detour and finished the task in last place. -Got into an argument with Amie at the airport. -In the end got tickets on the last flight to Paris, France. -Once again argued with Amie over a taxi. -Arrived at the Eiffel tower in 8th place. -Couldn't find the roadblock clue and went straight up to the top of the tower. -Eventually found the clue and Kim did the roadblock. -Completed the roadblock seconds after Nancy and Lenny in last place. -Originally arrived at the pit stop in 8th place however before checking in began to argue with their taxi driver over what change they should get. -This caused the other teams to pass them and they checked into the pit stop in last place. |

I wish they could have stayed in for longer as unlike the some of the other teams (Pat/Brenda) I think they provided some real entertainment. From fighting with Amie to saying the word stupid about 500 times in only two episodes, I reckon they where great and a highly memorable team. I wish they could have stayed in longer and made it to at least the top 6 or 7.
