Her name is Charla, not Carla. Her cousin's name is Mirna. Charla said that she would do the challenge because Mirna had just yelled and screamed at her the whole leg that she (Charla) doesn't do anything. (Hello, Mirna, you dumb, loudmouth cluck, if it weren't for Charla's brains and courage, you wouldn't still be racing!) I actually feel sorry for Charla...but not for her size. She has to put up with all of that nonsense from her own cousin when she already has had to deal with enough from idiot people who don't know that just because a person is small, they ARE people who do their best with what they have and should be given respect. I think she is gutsy and I like Charla because she doesn't quit.
If Mirna really loved her cousin as she says she does, as soon as she saw that the horse was huge and could have run over her cousin, she would have said, "That's okay, Charla, I'll do this one". Instead, the idiot screams and yells all the way down the path because the horse can't SEE Charla and that puts her in real danger. Heck, I've been knocked down several time by tall PEOPLE who turn around and don't look where they are going. I can't see why she couldn't see how scared Charla was of that horse. Then when Charla said that she couldn't see with the armor on, Mirna should have acted as a guide and actually helped Charla up when she fell twice. I'm not as short as Charla, but if I were doing what Charla was doing, in the dark, I would have been scared, too, because the horse was too darn tall. I wouldn't blame Charla if she didn't talk to Mirna again for the whole race. I'll bet that their family is really PO'ed with Mirna at what happened now that they've seen it.

"I disagree with the fact that you said that the Guidos are so dumb. I think that it is a race and every team try to get to their destination as fast as they can. It is obvious that any team would speed up if they see that another team in the back is catching up. Eric is just trying to pull a dumb joke that is not worth doing. The Guidos and Eric and Danielle have some competition between them after Bill try to block their car in the last episode. I think that we will see some more bickering between the two teams later on."

It wouldn't matter whether Eric's co racer is Jeremy or Danielle. Joe and Bill would still be ticked off. Plus the "nicer, gentler Guidos ," may not get them that far.
