Lucky Situations:
-Went from Last to 3rd on Leg 2.
-Even though they lost some time exchanging money on leg 2 they still came in 3rd.
Unlucky Situations:
-On Leg 3, a ticketing error left Jim & Marsha on the last flight towards San Carlos de Bariloche, Argentina. They never recovered from this delay.
-Jim suffered an injury at the starting point and was bleeding profusely, this injury almost caused them to miss their flight to Uraguay, and also the race.
-On Leg 2, Jim & Marsha were told by Linda & Karen that nobody accepted US dollars and that they had to exchange their money. This was false and it caused Jim & Marsha some valuable time.
-Bought tickets for lots of teams on leg 3 but ended up not getting their tickets. This caused them to get eliminated on leg 3
