Downtown St. Petersburg has become a very interesting place. Lots of shops and restaurants for day time and interesting bars for night time. Baywalk and The Pier is a must.
Roadblock ideas: The Vanoy Hotel is on the water and was refurbished in the 90's. It was used in WW II for GI's. They have concerts, Rib Fest, etc. in Vanoy Park.
Pit Stop Ideas: The Hands On Museum is fun for families. Scientific and fun activities.

Sam Davis Monument (famous teenage Confederate spy captured by Union troops in tree in Civil War, Minor Hill Saddle Club, Sugar Creek, Puncheon Branch. This area is very rich with Civil War history. Both the Confederate and the Union troops made their way through this area and the Union camped along the banks of Sugar Creek while pursuing the retreating Confederate forces.

Clues: Fredericksburg doesn't have an airport, but is accessable by train. Most streets, especially those downtown, are named after royal family members of England! Also, Fredricksburg is along a fall line, making it very hilly. Any tasks that require running would prove to be physically demanding, especially downtown.
