Rossville Museum (located in an area where a group of freed slaves settled in 1846) Teams will first need to locate Rossville. Then make their way to the museum and search quilts for their next clue.
Roadblock ideas:	Johnston Farm (home of Colonel John Johnston, Indian Agent for Western Ohio from 1812 - 1829 & his family) The team member will have to tow a canal boat up or down the canal, turn it around and return to the starting point by driving a mule team. OR The team member will need to search the grounds for the Indian Mounds to retrieve their next clue.

Locate "These Are My Jewels" statue. Dot the I while marching with the OSU Marching Band.

Clues:	The zoo which is free to get into, but parking is like $10. The science musuem which is also free, could be on the bridge going over the highway. The arch. They could go to the very top of the arch to get the clue.

Detours(Places to See): First of all, I would LOVE to see (and be on, of course!!!) an Amazing Race where every single task is about helping either our environment or helping others! A "pay it forward" kind of show. That would be "Amazing" if you ask me! There is no feeling more satisfying than giving to others! We have some awesome bridges, including the skybridge at the right below, which lights up in different colors at night and is absolutely gorgeous! A great DETOUR would be to have a team either help Chad Pregracke, founder of "Living Lands and Waters" clean up the Mississippi River by hauling JUNK like tires, plastic bottles, appliances, etc., out of our beautiful Mississippi river. The Team could haul at least 100 pounds (or whatever) of junk out of the river with the assist of Chad's great team and marvelous efforts he has done not only here, but in Louisiana after Katrina. Or, you could assist making the "Famous" Midwest Whitey's Ice Cream and deliver it to some less-fortunate people in poverty areas.
Pit Stop Ideas:	Watch Tower Lodge at Blackhawk State Park Historic Site. ---Absolutely beautiful! In the park there's also a Hauburg Indian Museum that honors Chief Blackhawk and the Mesquakie and Sauk Indians, who settled here more than 12,000 years ago. Clues:	Quad Citians LOVE Clue games. We used to have a game where they would hide a weekly key in the area, and list clues in the paper daily. (I found one, and got a $500 prize!) Anyway, there are many places to hide clues, but if we're going to do a Season about helping others, you could utilize the local Salvation Army, or homeless shelters or soup kitchens to make the contestants have to go help others before receiving their clues. There are many homeless people and homeless shelters in the Quad Cities, but we try to do what we can!

Detours:Wind or Water	Wind: Make your way to Williamson Co. Airport and sign up for a charter plane to take the teams over Crab Orchard Lake. The plane will fly a specific route and during the route, you will have to look for a route marker. When the flight is over, if you say the word on the route marker to the pilot, you'll get your next clue. If not correct, you will try as many times as it takes to complete it. Note: If other teams have arrived you must go to the end of the line. Water: Make your way to Playport Marina on Crab Orchard Lake and hop in to a speed boat where you will look for a buoy with the teams next clue. Note: There is a bridge over the lake, and if needed, teams will have to dock at the smaller marina right across the bridge, take a car across the busy Route 13, and there will be another boat waiting to go to the other side of the lake.
Roadblock ideas:	Who's ready for a stomach full? Teams make their way to Giant City Lodge Restaurant, and will be served 3 pounds of the lodge's Homestyle Fried Chicken, which is famous in the area. Once they eat the 3 pounds of chicken, the teams will recieve their next clue.
Pit Stop Ideas:	Blue Sky Vineyard, which is part of the Sothern Illinois Wine Trail. It has been rated to be a Napa Valley class vineyard by many news medias. Also, it looks just like Tuscany. NOT KIDDING!!!
Clues:	1. Make your way to Carbondale, Illinois and find Altgeld Hall, nicknamed The Castle, to find your next clue. 2. Wind or Water Detour 3. Make your way to Giant City State Park, and find Giant City Lodge to find your next clue. Teams may hire a driver for 40 dollars, because Giant City State Park is a maze of steep, beautiful, and tricky roads, or choose drive themselves. 4. Road Block at the Lodge 5. Make your way to the Pit Stop, Blue Sky Vineyard. The last team to check in may be eliminated.
