From Los Alamitos, United States to Locarno, Switzerland

Episode Recap: The 11 teams flew from Los Alamitos, USA to Locarno, Switzerland. They got there by plane but teams were split by some teams taking a train from Zurich or Milan to Locarno, Switzerland. From there, teams had to sign their names for a departure time the next day. From there, teams travelled to the Verzasca Dam where they had to complete a bungee jump over the dam. Once finished, the teams had to take a train from Locarno to Interlaken. In Interlaken, teams travelled to Kleine Rugen Wiese and had to complete a gureling task of transporting 200 punds of cheese up and down a treacherous hill. Once completed, the teams travelled to the pit-stop, Stechelberg where they had to listen to the yodellers to find the pit-stop. In the end, Margie and Luke were able to come first and a tight-footrace between Christie and Jodi and Jen and Preston saw Christie and Jodi prevailing and Jen and Preston being the first team eliminated from the 14th Season of the Amazing Race!

Roadblock: Who has nerves of steel? One member from each team had to complete a bungee jump of the Verzasca Dam. complete this task: Jamie, Jen, Jodi, Kris ,Luke, Michael, Mike, Preston, Steve, Victor, Victoria

Best use of strategy: Christie and Jodi getting off their original train and getting on another train to arrive at their destination (putting them in first place) by 13 minutes. This allowed them to get the first departure time the next day. Helpers: (Can't Think of Anything, Please Add!) Schemers: Brad and Victoria lying in Christie and Jodi's face about a faster train which put Christie and Jodi in last place. Tammy and Victor trying to avoid the other teams in the train station so they could take the lead (It Didn't Work Out In The End). Biggest comeback: Team to watch next week: Margie and Luke: Whether They Can Keep a Good Lead over the other teams and get first place again? Tammy and Victor: They were so close in getting first, will they be able to get that first place? Linda and Steve: They are always at the back of the pack, will they be able to avoid elimination? Christie and Jodi: Bad Luck struck them in the first leg, will it continue and get them eliminated or will they pull through and get to the front?
