From Osaka, Japan to Taipei, Taiwan
 Episode Recape:In this episode, The four remaining teams had to travel from Osaka,Japan to Taipei, Taiwan. Ronald & Christina, Who arrived at the pit stop first, Were the first team to depart. Even though all teams departed at different times, they all met up at the airport. Ronald & Christina had purchased their tickets first and told the attendent to tell the other teams that no more seats were avaiable. Since Ronald and Christina were the only team on the first flight, the other teams had to bunch up on flight No.2 to Taipei, Taiwan. Once all teams landed, they were driven in a taxi to the cluebox. The teams had to complete a roadblock, which requires one member of the team to be in a stunt car and let the experts do a series of stunts, then go underwater for 17 seconds. Ronald, Rachel, Nathan and Donald did the roadblack. After the roadblock, teams had to take a taxi to a teahouse and order two cups of tea. Once they drank the tea, their next clue was at the bottom of the cup in Chinese. They had to take the tea cups with them to a performing clown, who will give them their next clue.The clue directed them to go to Youth Park. Nate & Jen, after listening to a local, made a costly mistake to take the subway that connected to a bus to the park, whereas all the other teams took taxis. Then, the teams had to complete a detour. Their choices were fire or earth. All the teams completed earth. Then, teams had to find their way to a memorial hall, which was the eight pit stop. Nate & Jen were bickering and arrived at the pitstop last place, only minutes behind 3rd place Nick and Don. Now, with only Nick & Don, TK & Rachel, and Ronald & Christina left, who will be the Million Dollar Winner? | ||
 Detour: Fire or Earth:In Fire, teams made their way to Zhongzheng Park to participate in a mystical Chinese ritual by writing messages of luck, good or bad, on lanterns. They had to burn "spirit money" under the lanterns, filling them with hot air that would lift the lanterns into the sky and carry their messages to the spirits above. Once a Team sent 20 sky lanterns into the air, they would receive their next clue. No teams completed this task. In Earth, teams made their way to Youth Park to participate in a local custom used to reduce stress. Team members had to take off their shoes and, with their bare feet, walk down a 220-foot path made of jagged stones, turn around and walk back. Ronald & Christina, TK & Rachel, Nicolas & Donald, and Nathan & Jennifer all completed this task. | ||
 Roadblock: In this Roadblock, one team member had to become a passenger in a car driven by a professional stunt driver, who would maneuver the vehicle onto a giant teeter-totter and then rock back and forth precariously 25 feet above the ground. Then, the team member would switch into an amphibious car, don a pair of goggles and, while holding their breath, they would be driven underwater for 17 seconds. | ||
| Best use of strategy: TK & Rachel Helpers: Schemers: Ron & Christina trying to make the other teams to not get into the first flight, by requesting the ticket agent to lie to Nat & Jen that the flight is full. Biggest comeback: TK & Rachel, who caught back the other teams despite leaving the last pitstop 3 hours behind other teams, and also encountering a Speed Bump. Team to watch next week: Nick & Don

at last, the dating nate and jen got lost in the race. because they dont have teamwork to each other, but have a time to quarell them both..yeah!!
i hOpe that ronald and christina or tk and rachel will win the million dollars. i dont want donald and nick, i want a hetero to win..yeah! keep it up guyz!god bless. and good luck! |

The teams are now traveling to Taipei, Taiwan. T.K. & Rachel definitely have their work cut out for them to try and catch up to the other three teams with a three hour deficit. But honestly, I had the feeling when first watching it that they would have a chance.
I was not happy with Nathan & Jennifer again this leg, especially Jennifer. They have just become unwatchable to me and I'm sick of especially Jennifer's moaning and whining. She also kept using that "It's my birthday!" excuse which just annoyed me. I was actually really happy to see T.K & Rachel catch up at the airport in Taiwan. They have to be my favorite team in the race right now, if not the whole season. Ronald & Christina definitely pulled off this leg pretty much flawlessly. I was actually surprised at how far ahead they got. But going back to the other three teams, it was definitely a race between these three teams not to be eliminated. The Roadblock, which was those car stunts was really entertaining to watch, and funny too. The Detour everyone seemed to go with the easier choice, to walk across the path of jagged stones. T.K. & Rachel's Speed Bump seemed interesting, to walk through a field of fireworks going off. Eventually, Ronald & Christina got first place at the Pit Stop, winning a trip to the island of Curacao in the Netherland Antilles. T.K & Rachel then stepped onto the mat in second place, after overcoming a three hour difference and Speed Bump. I was really happy for them. After Nicolas & Donald just narrowly beat them to it, Nathan & Jennifer arrived in last place and became the eighth and final team eliminated from the race. I'm personally happy to see them go, and wouldn't be surprised if they broke up after this. So now it's down to the final three teams. It's sure to be an exciting finale, see you next week! |
