Visited Tobago on the weekend before the Labour Day holiday. Went by boat and took cars so we could drive around if we needed to, and also drive to the place where we stayed "Courland House" which was a very nice villa with 4 master bedrooms, spacious front porch and one sub-dwelling (aka another master bedroom) near the pool house. The pool is where we spent most of our time, except when going out to find food. The villa has a guidebook with sightseeing options but we really didn't come to sightsee so we did not even try to find out about them.
There was no housekeeping that we could see, someone came before we arrived and right before we left. The villa has all amenities: washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge, hot water, separate tap for purified water, air-conditioned bedrooms, a basement playroom with a table tennis table, basic programming Directv and of course the pool. Each master bedroom was stocked with large soft towels, nicely laid out of wooden racks which helped them to dry very quickly. One of the master bedrooms also had a play pen.
There was a barbecue pit just off the poolside area, great for barbecue dinners. There were also several Julie mango trees in the yard, which were laden with fruit at the time we went, so that was great (chow time!) even if the fruit was not yet ripe. The surroundings were very quiet, so it is perfect for a "getaway" vacation. There were even some novels in the TV room area for the bookworms among us. Hometown -

In the photo above (in the upper right hand corner), you can see a balcony off one of the master bedrooms. Each bedroom had its own delightful colour scheme for bedding and curtains, very tasteful for the most part.
