Is everyone else as unhappy as I am that Phil did NOT get an Emmy nomination for Best Reality Show Host? I've had people say to me "Well, he doesn't really host, he just shows up at the end of the race leg" - to which my response is, "Then why did Jeff Probst get nominated?"
